Two included bay-hours each month can be booked during peak or off-peak hours, subject to availability. The whole bay is included, with no extra guest charge during those hours.

Member-only off-peak play has no hourly charge. Reserve up to two hours per booking, with one future unlimited reservation at a time.

Bring your people.
During off-peak hours, bring up to three nonmember golfers for $20 per hour for the entire bay. The member must be present.

Am I paying anything today?
The proposed process saves your card for a later conditional membership charge. No membership payment is collected when you reserve. This preview does not save a card or create a reservation.
What has to happen before my card is charged?
The live campaign must specify its funding target, deadline and operational conditions. Those details are not finalized. The campaign targets 95 founders and $46,750 in gross presales under the confirmed pricing ladder. These targets alone are not a published charging authorization.
What if the campaign does not reach its goal?
Recommended policy: reservations expire without a membership charge if the conditions are not met by the published campaign deadline. Extensions or changed terms must not silently carry over your consent.
What if opening is delayed after I pay?
An opening window, final opening deadline and applicable cancellation/refund process must be established before launch. Saving a card first does not eliminate responsibilities after you have paid.
Does “unlimited” mean I can play free anytime?
No. Unlimited member-only play applies Monday–Friday midnight–3 p.m. and Saturday midnight–6 a.m. It is subject to availability and booking rules. Your two included monthly hours can be used at any time; additional member reservations cost $40 per bay-hour.
Can I bring friends?
Guests are included during your two monthly anytime hours and additional $40/hour member reservations. When using off-peak play with up to three nonmember golfers, the whole bay costs $20/hour and the member must be present. Final maximum occupancy for other booking types must be confirmed.
Can I always get the tee time I want?
No individual time slot is guaranteed. Two bays are planned. All bookings depend on availability; unlimited bookings have a two-hour maximum, one future booking at a time, and no standing recurring or back-to-back unlimited bookings.
When does my membership start, and does it renew?
We recommend a 12-month founding term beginning when the facility opens. This is not yet an approved term. The guide’s $59/month Year 2 rate is a planning assumption, not a guaranteed price or an automatic renewal authorization.
Do unused included hours carry over?
No. Under the proposed offer, the two included hours expire at the end of each month and cannot be transferred.
